 Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

 How to Request a Return

In your email, include:

- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 Wrong Model or Change of Mind

Please check your phone model carefully before ordering.

If we sent the wrong item, we will correct the issue. If you selected the wrong model, changed your mind, or returned the item for other non-quality reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to process it.
